-A positive atmosphere for the community.
-To source locally rather than governmentally whenever possible.
-To turn this into a full time job / location somewhere outside the Peterborough / rice lake region.
-I am currently trying to find a suitable location. that can be made for local public to enjoy as well as my humble business to thrive.
-I would like an area where a raised gazebo could be placed for public use.as well as picnic tables.

The business itself will be below ground level or hidden in the hillside with a circular door and the area behind the counter will be lowered to give the look of hobbits or halflings helping you.I am pricing out a large glass wall front that can open as a patio; as modest elegance and maintaining the hill and view for everyone to enjoy is paramount.
As an example this would be an ideal location.
